OUR APPROACH
Our approach to tutoring is understanding that every young person is an individual with their own learning needs and abilities.We start with an in-depth consultation to review the academic goals, learning style, and overall needs.Based upon this analysis, we work in partnership with schools, students, and all relevant professionals to develop a customized plan that address each student's specific needs and educational goals.We put great care into ensuring every student is matched with a tutor who have experience and qualifications to work with children and young people with SEND and complex needs.
We tailor our tutoring sessions to meet the student's specific needs and inspire them to unlock their full potential. We monitor students' progress via regular curriculum assessments and behavioural monitoring via the RAG (Red/Amber/Green).We provide weekly update reports, focusing on their engagement and progress. This include an end of term report to the school which covers lessons, attitude to learning, concerns, EHCP targets and next steps.
We understand the importance of consistency and aim to provide the same staff for all sessions planned.We only provide staff who have experience of working with children and young people on long-term and permanent placements as its imperative that children and young people benefit from building a long-term relationships and commitment for better and brighter outcomes.
All our specialist teachers are experienced,have an Enhanced DBS,fully vetted through robust safer recruitment processes before any placement or commencing any work.
We work in partnership with Special Schools,SEN provisions within mainstream schools,Specialist Colleges,Post-16 settings,Pupil Referral Units(PRUs),Alternative Provision (AP),Local Authorities,Early years settings,Children' Residential settings and all other related settings across the UK
